Nightfall Hunting is a surprisingly thrilling horror slot from TaDa Gaming. It is packed with exciting special features, has a killer RTP and a very hefty maximum win.

We have previously seen (and reviewed) a softer side of TaDa Gaming so when we checked out the new Nightfall Hunting, we were really impressed. The slot has a lot of suspense and even a little bit of violence as the short promo video at the beginning shows. We were not expected to see blood splashing on the screen but at least our interest was immediately peaked.

How Nightfall Hunting Works?

Nightfall Hunting has a slightly unconventional game grid. There are five reels with the reels 1 and 5 having three rows and reels 2,3 and 4 having four rows. In total there are 30 different paylines that pay from left to right. The minimum bet is $0,10 and the maximum bet is set at $100.

The game has five high-paying symbols with the treasure chest paying the most when five similar ones land one one payline (20x your bet size). Other high-paying symbols include a badge, bible, wooden stake and potion bottle. The low-paying symbols are J, Q, K and A.

The theoretical maximum win if Nightfall Hunting is $1,000,000.

Nightfall Hunting RTP and Volatility

Nightfall Hunting comes with a very special 97% RTP which is much better than the normal average of 95%. It is rare to see a slot with an RTP this high - and for that we applaud Nightfall Hunting.

To make matters even more interesting, the volatility of the game is high (5/5). So it is basically considered a ”high risk, high reward” slot with lesser wins in the RNG but higher yields.

Special Features

Nightfall Hunting has four different special features that all have their merits. It is truly an action packed online slot that keeps you on your toes at all time.

• Undead Wild: 4-row high Undead Wild symbols can appear on rows 2,3 and 4. It will always nudge to become fully visible and simultaneously adds a 1x multiplier each time.
• Horror Feature: When an ExMATCH symbol lands on both reels 1 and 5, it changes all low-paying symbols into Wild symbols.
• Eclipse Free Spins: When three scatters appear, you are awarded with 6 free spins. During the free spin round, at least one Undead Wild is guaranteed to land on every spin. Verdict

Nightfall Hunting gives you the dangerous task of hunting the undead. It has different horror elements that have been executed really well and all the features support the theme nicely. Visually the slot looks amazing and despite the monsters being quite obvious (vampire, zombie and werewolf) it still managed to surprise us.
