Kakadu Casino definitely has this tropical vibe going on. This means turquoise ocean, clear blue sky, palm trees, hidden treasure trunks - and of course a cockatoo. In our opinion, the bird looks more like a parrot or peacock but hey we are not ornithologists. Overall the theme is quite nice and it differs a lot from other N1 Interactive brands.

We created an account to Casino Kakadu and were impressed with the process. The registration only took a couple of minutes and after that there were loads of options for deposits. We checked out the games and there was an okay selection (but not the best possible). We were also a little let down by the fact that there was no live chat.

We would have liked to see a special lobby for live tables because now all the games are in a one long list. You can obviously use the search tool but it would have been easier to have blackjack games on one page, show games on another etc. But that is a small complaint.

Kakadu Casino does not have a lot of information about the customer service just yet. There is mention of a live chat but at least at the moment it is not available. Hopefully it will be added later because a real-time customer help is essential at online casinos.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Kakadu Casino has assembled a very nice selection of payment methods that ensure a safe and fast deposits and withdrawals. There is a nice mix of options: banking services such as Interac and Trustly, e-wallets such as Neteller, Ecopayz and Skrill and card payments with Visa and Mastercard.

You can of course use a direct bank transfer as well but the withdrawal time can be up to 7 days.
